PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper cutting of web, adjust cutting length accurately, adjust folding positions of a plurality of sheets freely, prevent paper jamming due to lag of receiving time in a folding barrel, and enable printing operation corresponding to various cutting length of the web. SOLUTION: Mutually corresponding protrusion amount in the radial direction of a knife provided in a saw barrel and a rubber base provided in a receiving barrel is adjusted by corresponding to cutting length of the web to be cut. Running speed of the web and peripheral speed of the saw barrel and the receiving barrel are substantially same or can be changed and adjusted.
