PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of performing proper brake control for drive wheels connected to each other through a differential gear. SOLUTION: This brake control device performs the brake control to a plurality of wheels to which a drive force is distributedly transmitted through the differential gear by decreasing, holding, or increasing brake fluid pressure according to the accelerations of the wheels. The device comprises a mis-decompression suppressing means to lower a decompression reference value for reducing braking force when the wheel accelerations of the wheels exceed prescribed values. When the circulation of torque by the other wheels connected to each other through the differential gear are above prescribed limits, the lowering of the decompression reference value by the mis-decompression suppressing means is prohibited (S200, S204).
