PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mirror surface decorative sheet capable of being two-dimensionally molded by vacuum forming or the like. SOLUTION: (1) The metallic mirror surface decorative sheet includes a copolyester resin base material 2, a pattern layer 3, a transparent polyethylene terephthalate resin layer 5 and a surface protective layer 6, and a metallic pigment is dispersed in the copolyester resin base material 2. (2) The metallic mirror surface decorative sheet is constituted so that the surface protective layer 6 contains an ionizing radiation curable resin or a silicone modified acrylic urethane resin wherein an organosiloxane group is introduced into the side chain of an acrylic urethane resin.
