PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly avoid the interference of the synthetic resin succeedingly extruded from an extrusion port (10) with the flank (40) of a cutter (18) for cutting the synthetic resin (12) extruded from the extrusion port (10) in a synthetic resin supply device (2). SOLUTION: The flank angleαof the cutter is set toα≥(1/cosγ)×tan<SP>-1</SP>[(8,000 W)/(πD<SP>2</SP>LS)] (whereinγis the offset angle of the cutter, W is the weight of the cut synthetic resin, D is the caliber of the extrusion port, L is the pitch of the cutter and S is the specific gravity of the synthetic resin).
