PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixer outside a wound, excellent in practicality which enables a fracture treatment by inserting pins well to every bone shattered to pieces due to comminuted fracture, or the like. SOLUTION: This fixer outside the wound which comprises pin-supporting parts 2a and 2b placed on the both ends or their vicinity, an attaching component 1 attached to bones 4a and 4b, and pins 3a and 3b supported by the pin-supporting parts 2a and 2b and inserted into the bones 4a and 4b, cures the shattered bone 4a. At least one of the pin-supporting parts 2a and 2b constructionally supports a plurality of pins 3a and surrounds the shattered bone 4a.
