An adjustable shower head has a single supply hose (16) connected into the bottom of a common supply housing (14) which supports two separate outlet arms (10, 12) set with swivel adjustment into the top of the housing. The arms swivel a maximum of 45 deg. in opposing directions and are interlocked by a gearing inside the common supply housing. The heads are adjustable from an adjacent parallel position to a spread position at 90 deg. to each other.
