PURPOSE: A method and a device for inputting and outputting data to be concealed by coding the data are provided to enable a storage device to accept a sequence command when a command issuing order is confirmed to be proper, thereby appropriately managing an execution order of the command while identifying a processing system by a sequence ID. CONSTITUTION: A controller of a recording device issues a sequence command(S700). When a coding engine of a storage device receives the sequence command(S702), a controller confirms a state of a processing system corresponding to a sequence ID, and decides whether the command is executable(S704). If so, the controller confirms whether an issuing order of the sequence command is proper(S706). If so, the controller informs the controller that the command is accepted(S708). If the controller receives the information(S712), the controller confirms a kind of the information(S714).
