<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly browse information by efficiently make requisite minimum information portable. <P>SOLUTION: An information display device is provided with a main body section 2 which internally stores a semiconductor memory 5 in a freely attachable and detachable manner and a display section 3 which has an approximately same shape with that of the section 2 and displays information read from the memory 5. The main body sections 2 and the display section 3 are mutually linked by a link section 4 that has a rotative shaft through which the section 3 rotates with respect to the section 2 on an opposing plane A defined by opposing a main body section top surface 2a and a display section one main surface 3a.
