PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper mounting structure whereby mounting rigidity of an upper part of a damper can be enhanced, and a damper arrangement space can be secured. SOLUTION: An upper part of the damper 18 having a lower end connected to a lower arm 16 of a suspension device is housed inside a side frame 11 having a closed cross section, and an upper spring seat 31 which is a mounting part of the damper 18 is fixed on a lower surface of the side frame 11 by a bolt 40. Thus, support rigidity of the damper 18 is enhanced, and responsiveness of the damper 18 with respect to a load inputted from the lower arm 16 can be enhanced. Further, the upper part of the damper 18 is housed inside the side frame 11, and thereby an inside space of the side frame 11 can be used as the arrangement space of the damper 18. It is not necessary to arrange the side frame 11 and the damper 18 side by side along the vehicle lateral direction, and thereby it is easy to secure the arrangement space of the suspension device.
