PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem in producing alkaline ion water for drinking by electrolyzing raw water such as running water in that most of acidic water which is simultaneously produced is emptied into the drain due to the poor utility value thereof, though its astringent effect is admitted, which results in limiting the use of the apparatus and also in wasting the water. SOLUTION: This electrolyzed water producing apparatus for electrolyzing water to produce the alkaline ion water and the acidic water is provided with an acidic water tank for storing the produced acidic water.
