PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search device or the like favorable for searching for a document using two kinds of languages. SOLUTION: A parallel translation storage part 102 of the search device 101 previously stores a word string of a first language and a word string of a second language as a parallel translation pair. An input acceptance part 103 accepts the input of one or more words of the first language. An extraction part 104, concerning each of the one or more words of the first language of which the input has been accepted, extracts one or more words of the second language according to the concurrence intensity of the word of the first language and the word of the second language in the previously stored parallel translation pair. A display part 105 displays one or more extracted words of the second language. A selection part 106 accepts selection input designating one or more words from the displayed words of the second language.
