PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for discriminating whether detected subject information is the information of a living body or the other information. SOLUTION: This identification device is provided with a sensor for detecting subject information, a condition supplying means for supplying a plurality of image pickup conditions and a discriminating means for discriminating whether or not the detected subject information is the information of a living body based on the change of a plurality of subject information detected under the plurality of image pickup conditions.
