PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the revised document when producing a document next time by previously writing address information on a person who has produced or revised a document into an address information area, and transmitting the revised document to every address except the address of a person who has revised on document revision so that when the document is revised during transmission, every person involved can receive the revised document to grasp the revision situation, in relation to a document transmitting method and a document transmitting program. SOLUTION: The document transmitting method includes a step which when a document is produced or changed, writes address information on a person who has produced or changed into the address information area provided in correspondence with the document, and a step which when an address information on another person is written into the address information area, transmits the document after the change to the address previously included in the written address information.
