PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form processing terminal device for smoothly performing face-to-face processing and reducing a load on a clerk, even when a customer takes a large number of business forms to a window at once. SOLUTION: The device performs a face-to-face processing at the window by using a window terminal machine and recognizes image data of the forms and described items in the slips after the face-to-face processing, has a determining means S12 for determining whether an interruption operation exists or not and a recognizing means S15 for acquiring and recognizing the images by automatically feeding the forms one by one from a hopper 31, if it is determined that there exists no interruption operation by the determining means S12.
