PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction by dispensing with bolt fastening and joint width adjustment after fitting a panel frame and a panel inside a frame in mounting the glass block panel, and narrowing the joint width between the frame and the panel. SOLUTION: A glass block 10 is provided with frame-like rising parts 11d respectively along the outer peripheries of upper, lower, right and left side faces. The frame 20 provided at an opening of a wall of a building is provided with a stopper 20b abutting on the push-in direction front face outer periphery of the panel comprising the glass block 10, to regulate the push-in position of the panel, and a hook 30 made of a plate spring inclined upward to the front with respect to the push-in direction of the panel from the inner surface of the frame 20. The tip of the hook 30 is engaged with the rear side step part 11e of a push-in direction front side rising part positioned at the outer periphery of the panel when pushing the panel into the frame 20.
