PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building body capable of being constructed in a short-construction-period and easy-to-be demolished/relocated which can be constructed with an expense sense of an owner undertaking the opening of many stores and a new business project. SOLUTION: This building body 1 is mainly composed of a floor portion 8, a support portion 9, a wall body portion 13 and a roof portion 21. After the ground compression of a ground surface on which the building body 1 is to constructed, the floor portion 8 is constituted by constructing a floor material on a substrate layer; wall members 14 for wall body portion 13 are suspended among the many support portions 9 which are implanted at intervals; the roof portion 21 is formed above the support portions 9; in this case, all of the floor portion 8, the support portion 9 and the wall body portion 13 are constituted by a dry construction method; and consequently, the replacement of each portion on a renewal and the demolition/relocation of the building can be performed.
