PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the arranging pitch of a plurality of heald frames of a loom having a plurality of heald frames arranged in the direction of thickness and reciprocating the heald frames by the action of reciprocal driving mechanism. SOLUTION: Ends (upper ends) of assisting bars 12A, 13A, 12B, 13B are connected to the lower face of the lower frame 111 of heald frames 11A, 11B. The other ends (lower ends) of the assisting bars 12A, 13A, 12B, 13B are connected to shaft joints 20A, 21A, 20B, 21B, and a transmission rods 22A, 23A, 22B, 23B are connected to the shaft joints 20A, 21A, 20B, 21B.
