PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis cell where the expansion of an electrolysis area and the reduction of the number of parts can be realized. SOLUTION: The electrolysis cell 1 comprises: a solid electrolyte membrane 2; electrode plates 3 provided on both the sides of the solid electrolytic membrane 2; and power feed bodies 4 interposed between the solid electrolytic membrane 2 and each electrode plate 3. G groove parts 3d for the arrangement of each sealing member 5 are formed in the vicinity of the peripheral part of each electrode plate 3. Each sealing member 5 is provided so as to cover the surroundings of each feed conductor 4 and to be contacted with each face of the solid electrolyte membrane 2 in a state of being fitted to each groove part 3d.
