PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, weather resistance and stress cracking resistance. SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing copolymer contains (a) a polymerization unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, (b) a polymerization unit based on a fluorine monomer (excluding tetrafluoroethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene) and (c) a polymerization unit based on≥1 kind selected from itaconic acid, itaconic acid anhydride, citraconic acid and citraconic acid anhydride, wherein, 50-99.8 mol % (a), 0.1-49.99 mol % (b) and 0.01-5 mol % (c) based on [(a)+(b)+(c)] are used, and its volume flow rate is 0.1-1,000 mm<SP>3</SP>/sec.
