PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin crosslinked foam having flame retardancy and holding good moldability. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant biodegradable resin crosslinked foam as a flame retardant-containing biodegradable resin crosslinked foam is such that when molding draw ratios are measured at 100, 120, 150 and 170°C, the values are≥0.5 each at three or more points thereof.
