PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck for a railway vehicle realizing a low floor of the vehicle and simultaneously obtaining high reliability and traveling performance equal to a conventional integral wheel set truck. SOLUTION: A rotation synchronous shaft 21 is arranged so as to deviate an axis center position against the respective independent wheel sets 10, 10 of left/right wheels 1, 1. Driving force transmission mechanisms 33, 34 for transmitting rotation driving force without sliding between the respective wheel sets 10 and the rotation synchronous shaft 21 are provided between the respective wheel sets 10 and the rotation synchronous shaft 21.
