PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding note which makes an independent entry of written questions and answers(explanations) and readily serves for perusal and utilization in a state where the written questions and answers(explanations) are discretely viewed by simply concealing from each other. SOLUTION: The two-side binding note has a spine sheet 6; a left cover sheet 1 which continues to the left of the spine sheet 6 through a folding line 2; a right cover sheet 12 which continues to the right of the spine sheet 6 through a folding line 11; a left writing sheet 3 or 4 bound along the folding line 2 on the left; and a right writing sheet 10 or 8 bound along the folding line 11 on the right. In addition, the end part of the left writing sheet 3 or 4 and the end part 7 of the right writing sheet 10 or 8 are not superposed over each other in a gap between the right/left writing sheets by reducing the sum of the widths of the left writing sheet 3 or 4 and the right writing sheet 10 or 8. Besides, an entry part like page indices 5 and 9 is provided on the upper part of each writing sheet of the right/left writing sheets 3 or 10 so as to make an easy reference to and readily connect the right/left writing sheets 3 or 10 together.
