PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing type crusher capable of sharply shortening a restoring time when falling-off of a rotary blade. SOLUTION: A rotor 4 is horizontally arranged in a discharge port 3 provided to the bottom part of a crushing chamber 1 and a plurality of plate segments 5 which cover the whole outer peripheral surface of the rotor and are divided along the dividing lines in the axial direction of the rotor, are detachably attached to the outer periphery of the rotor while a large number of rotary blades 10 are attached to the outer peripheries of the respective plate segments. A plate-shaped fixed blade 15, the cutting edge of which is meshed with the cutting edges of the rotary blades 10, is horizontally provided to the bottom part facing the discharge port of the crushing chamber.
