An armature forming a linear motor is stored between the pair of sliders, the field magnet of the linear motor is disposed on the track rail oppositely to the guide passage, and the armature and the field magnet forming the linear motor are completely formed integrally with the table structure and the track rail forming the linear guide and completely stored in the linear guide.</p>
