<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for remarkably proliferating a spermatogonium which is an undifferentiated stem cell in a spermatogenesis process. <P>SOLUTION: A polynucleotide encoding a GDNF (glial cell-line derived nuerotrophic factor) is introduced into a seminiferous tubule of a nonhuman mammal.
