<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming apparatus in which a letter presented on a display surface can be confirmed easily and visually even when the position of the eye of an operator is low and separated from an image display section. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises an image display section 60 fixed rotatably such that it is raised from a state laying on the upper surface, a rotary encoder 82 for detecting the rotational angle of the image display section 60, and a display control means 102 for displaying letters related to image formation on the display surface at the image display section 60 and altering the size of a letter displayed on the display surface larger than that before reaching a specified rotational angle when the image display section 60 is rotated in the rising direction and the specified rotational angle is reached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
