摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system suitable for diagnosis of information processing equipment in a place remote from a location of the information processing equipment, to provide a diagnostic server, an external communication module, a task-accepting server and the information processing equipment in the system, and to provide a program controlling them.

SOLUTION: This diagnostic system 1 includes the information processing equipment 10 of a support target enterprise, the option communication module 11, the diagnostic server 12 of a support company, and the task-accepting server 13 of a cooperative company. Communication between the information processing equipment 10 and the diagnostic server 12 is executed independently of an intranet of the support target enterprise by the option communication module 11.
