<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit proper output current to a brushless motor in switching a driving system for driving a brushless motor with an inverter between sinusoidal driving and rectangular-wave driving corresponding to the rotational speed N of the brushless motor. <P>SOLUTION: By multiplying a PWM duty v_amp for the sinusoidal driving by a correction factor, a PWM duty v_duty for the rectangular-wave driving is determined. In performing pulse width control of the inverter 1 by means of rectangular-wave driving control, the correction factor is changed corresponding to the PWM duty v_amp for the sinusoidal driving. When the PWM duty v_amp for the sinusoidal driving is smaller than a fixed value, it is suppressed to the fixed value. Overcurrent can be prevented while reflecting the output percentage of a double-driving system with high accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
