PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use woody cement plate scrap pulverized products for an extrusion-molded woody cement plate in an amount as much as possible.

SOLUTION: Woody cement plate scrap is divided into coarsely pulverized products with a particle size of 75 to 100μm and finely pulverized products with a particle size of <75μm, and the extrusion-molded woody cement plate raw material is obtained by adding the coarsely pulverized products of 10 to 20 mass% and the finely pulverized products of 10 to 25 mass% by 20 to 45 mass% in total.
