<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract a site containing a large amount of information matching to an investigation object. <P>SOLUTION: An information monitoring device acquires many Web documents from the Internet, acquires site URLs to which the documents belong to, calculates the appearance frequency of rumor expression contained in the document and a site feature expressing the feature of the document contents with respect to each site URL, and stores the appearance frequency and the site feature into a site management table. For the Web document obtained on the basis of retrieval conditions inputted by a system user, the site feature for every URL is calculated by the same method mentioned above, and a site similar to the site feature contained in the feature list of the site specified by the system user is outputted as an objective site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
