SALES ACTIVITY SUPPORT SYSTEM USING TELEMARKETING, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To target customers conforming to a keyword and to extract customer information about the targeted customers from customer information obtained by use of telemarketing and transfer this customer information to persons in charge of sales.

SOLUTION: A server device 10 has a customer targeting means 10a, a customer information listing means 10b, and a customer information transfer means 10c and is connected to a terminal device 31 via a network 1. The server device 10 is capable of accessing a total customer DB 13 registering customers, as well as a customer information list 21 storing the customer information obtained at a telemarketing center 20. Customers who match an information keyword 14 inputted from the persons 32 in charge of sales are extracted from within the total customer DB 13 and targeted for each person in charge of sales. The customer information about the targeted customers is extracted from within the customer information contained in the customer information list 21 and is listed for each keyword. The customer information listed is transferred to the terminal device 31.
