PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match the degree of grilling on the front surface and back surface of an object to be cooked with the preference of a user and to simplify the setting operation. SOLUTION: An automatic both-side grill cooker is composed of a cooking container 2 for performing cooking by heating, a gridiron 8 for mounting the object 3 to be cooked, an upper heating element 9 positioned above the gridiron 8, a lower heating element 10 positioned below the same and a control means 12 for performing the energizing control or the like of the upper and lower heating elements 9 and 10. A grilling degree key 19 capable of selecting the grilling degree of the upper heating element 9 and the grilling degree of the lower heating element 10, respectively is provided.
