PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape sticking device with which sticking of an adhesive tape to a curved or grooved or the like uneven portions is facilitated without coming off from a press roller. SOLUTION: In the adhesive tape sticking device 1 having, on a support plate 3 wherein a holding part 2 is continuously provided, a tape holding section 4 holding detachably a sticking tape roll 50 and a pressing section 8 for pressing against a section to be stuck to stick thereon the sticking tape 5 pulled out from the sticking tape roll 50 held with the tape holding section 4, the pressing section 8 is constituted of a protruding circular arc-shaped press roller 80 pressing one side of the sticking tape 5 and a meandering preventive roller 88 pressing the sticking tape 5 to the press roller 80 urged with the elastic force of a pressing coil spring 85.
