PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily darkening a bright spot pixel without detaching a back light or the like from a liquid crystal module, and to provide a liquid crystal module having darkened pixels. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: applying a voltage on electrodes 22, 28 of a color filter substrate 32 and an array substrate 34; scanning a bright spot pixel 10 with a first laser beam 44 to draw a first trajectory 12; and scanning the pixel with a second laser beam 46 to draw a second trajectory 13, 14 different from the first trajectory 12.
