PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an attachment label which can easily be manufactured without using a solvent etc., whose bonded part is hard to fall, and whose exterior is beautiful. SOLUTION: An attachment sheet 10 as the attachment label forms a cylindrical part 12 by bonding both ends of a plastic sheet together. In this adhesion of the plastic sheets, an ultraviolet-ray setting or moisture setting type hot-melt adhesive is used. Further, a hit-shrinkable or stretchable sheet is used as the plastic sheet.
