PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily execute the photographing and reproduction of an image while placing an apparatus singly on a desktop or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic apparatus is provided with: a first flat main body case 11 on one side of which a photographing lens mirror barrel 14 is provided; a second main body case 12 on one side of which a display section 23 is provided; and a hinge 13 with a biaxial structure that is fitted to each end face of the first and second cases 11, 12 to connect them and freely turnably supports the first and second cases 11, 12 so that the side of the first main body case 11 on which the photographing lens mirror barrel 14 is provided and the side of the second case on which the display section 23 is provided or the side of the first main body case 11 on which no photographing lens mirror barrel 14 is provided and the side of the second case on which no display section 23 is provided are respectively pressed into contact with each other; and four antislipping parts 25a to 25d two of which are projected from the end faces of the first and second cases 11, 12 to which the hinge 13 is fitted and two of which are projected from the end faces opposed to the end faces to which the hinge 13 is fitted.
