PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faint colored crosslinked acrylic moisture-absorbing fiber without deteriorating the moisture absorption. SOLUTION: The crosslinked acrylic moisture-absorbing fiber is produced by the crosslinking treatment and hydrolyzing treatment of an acrylic fiber. The polymer constituting the crosslinked acrylic moisture-absorbing fiber is mainly composed of a vinyl skeleton. The molar ratio of the acrylonitrile skeleton in the vinyl skeleton is≤20% and that of the skeleton of acrylic acid or its salt in the vinyl skeleton is 20-80%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
