PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a torque limiter 126, to easily set the torque of the torque limiter 126 from the outside thereof, and to enhance handling property such as maintainability. SOLUTION: A body side is provided inside a transmission case so as to be oil-bathed. A torque setting member is provided on the outer side of a pulley boss of a transmission pulley outside the transmission case, and the transmission pulley and the pulley boss are separately formed from each other.
