PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the amount of high grade material resisting ultra-high temperature of 650°C or higher to be used to reduce the equipment cost, to ensure stability against vibration of a shaft system by suppressing increase in the number of a shaft, and to provide good operating characteristics. SOLUTION: An intermediate pressure turbine is separated into a first intermediate pressure turbine part of a high temperature and high pressure side and a second intermediate pressure turbine part of a low temperature and low pressure side. A high pressure turbine and the second intermediate pressure turbine part are integrated with each other, and they are connected to the first intermediate pressure turbine part, a low pressure turbine and a generator.
