PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which can give a molding excellent in tensile elongation, weld strength, bending strength, and delamination resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) an acrylonitrile/styrene copolymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound and/or a derivative thereof or an unsaturated glycidyl compound and (B) a polyolefin resin modified with an unsaturated glycidyl compound in an (A)/(B) weight ratio of 5/95 to 95/5. In a more desirable embodiment, the composition may further contain (C) an acrylonitrile/styrene copolymer and (D) a polyolefin resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
