PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting a personal computer in a vehicle whereby a portable personal computer a driver usually uses can be mounted on the vehicle to be used, the outside of the vehicle such as a home or a company and the inside of the vehicle can be communicated seamlessly, a convenient personal computer usage condition can be achieved, and multi-functional display of the in-vehicle computer can be achieved. SOLUTION: A notebook type personal computer 4 is detachably mounted on the vehicle through an insertion hole 22 under a meter panel 21 of an instrument panel 2 of the vehicle.
