PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device that can be used for a wing door with little distortion. SOLUTION: A locking portion 12 is composed of a housing 2 and a locking portion body 3, and the locking portion body is attached to the housing by a pivot 34. The locking portion body is provided with turning portions 32, 33 turned by the pivot, and the turning portion is provided with cam surfaces 37, 38. A locking piece 31 continuing to the turning portions is projected out to the outside of the housing, and the cam surfaces are slid with a supporting portion 26. On side wall portions 22, 23 of the housing, regulating porions 27, 28 for regulating the pivot of the locking portion body in a vertical direction is provided. On the locking portion body, a locking surface, a guiding surface, and an abutting surface are successively provided from a locking piece tip end, and the guiding surface and the locking surface form a V-shape.
