PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure change to a type of vehicle having a large tire size by only working with a fender part and to prevent the fender part from being deformed to a degree requiring repairing at light collision while enhancing collision safety of the vehicle by maintaining and enhancing strength and rigidity in the rear body structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A pillar part outer panel 5 and a fender part outer panel 7 are separately provided by separate members. A first reinforcement 11, a second reinforcement 15 and a third reinforcement 31 are arranged between the fender part outer panel 7 and an inner panel 13 provided at the inside a cabin and are connected to the inner panel 13. These reinforcements 11, 15, 31 are connected respectively to enhance the strength and the rigidity and the fender part outer panel 7 is detachably tightened to these reinforcements 11, 15, 31 by a tightening member T.
