PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air conditioning performance by easily securing sufficient air quantity by reducing resistance when conditioned air is made to flow in an air mix passage when opening/closing a lead-out port of conditioned air by using a rotary door disposed in the air mix passage within a case. SOLUTION: A defroster lead-out port communicated with a downstream end of the air mix passage 30, a vent lead-out port and a heat lead-out port are arranged side by side on an upper wall of the case 10. The rotary door 40 having a peripheral wall part 41 rotating in the lead-out port arranging side by side direction is disposed in the air mix passage 30. End wall parts 42 having supporting shafts 43 to the case 10 are formed at both ends of the direction of the rotary shaft of the peripheral wall part 41. Recessed parts 10a recessed to the outside are formed on both of left and right sides of an internal surface of the air mix passage 30 of the case 10.
