PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house even a long-blade kitchen knife without any problem. SOLUTION: At the upper surface of the side end part of a kitchen knife supporting plate 19 at the top of a horizontally-long rectangular parallelepiped case main body 18, a slit-like insertion hole 29 facing right and left directions into which the blade part of the kitchen knife 31 can be inserted is formed. At the lower surface of the supporting plate 19 opposing the insertion hole 29, a kitchen knife guide 30 facing obliquely upward and downward which guides the blade part of the kitchen knife toward the center of the case main body 18 is provided.
