PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granulated product having uniform quality and containing a soil granular material suitable for planting and planting in a pot. SOLUTION: This method for producing the granulated product comprises mixing the soil granular material with a cement powder body in a dried condition, forming a granular body by sparkling water added with a cement admixture while rotating the mixture, granulating the granular body into a spherical condition by rolling on the mixture, and coloring the surface after curing with paint having as the coloring component a water-soluble pigment. The granulated product has uniform quality since the soil granular material uniformly sticks by granulating while rolling.
