PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of a wiring pattern even when a film thickness of a heat storage layer is fully secured, by an application to, for example, an inkjet printer by a thermal system. SOLUTION: The liquid discharging head 21 is constituted so that a heating element 35 for heating a liquid held in a liquid chamber, the wiring pattern 25 for connecting semiconductor elements 22 and 23 to the heating element, and the semiconductor elements for driving the heating element via the wiring pattern are held integrally on a predetermined substrate. Liquid droplets of the liquid are jetted out of predetermined nozzles by driving of the heating element. Moreover, the wiring pattern and the semiconductor elements are connected by a plug 24.
