PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately produce a laminate without the occurrence of deformation etc., in a skin layer during foaming and to provide the laminate which has a flexible surface layer part and is excellent in molded appearance, scratch resistance, weatherability, heat resistance, bending whitening property, and indentation resistance. SOLUTION: The laminate includes a layer of a thermoplastic elastomer composition which contains the structure of at least two polymer blocks (A) obtained from a vinyl aromatic compound as a main component and at least one vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer block (B) obtained by copolymerizing the vinyl aromatic compound in a specified ratio, a hydrogenated diene copolymer containing 20-70 mass% of a total vinyl aromatic compound unit content and 30-75% of a vinyl bond content, and an olefin resin and a layer of a foamed olefin resin and is used.
