PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a screen printing fixture by which the screen printing fixture with high water and solvent resistance can be formed easily and securely, and a screen printing fixture. SOLUTION: The screen printing fixture 10 is equipped with a screen frame 11, a retaining sheet 12 tensely joined with the inside of the screen frame 11, a screen 13 which is joined with the retaining sheet 12 and has an imaging part. At least either of the screen frame 11 or the retaining sheet 12 and the retaining sheet 12 or the screen 13, is adhesively joined with a first adhesive 14. In addition, a second adhesive 15 with a smaller intermolecular distance than the first adhesive 14 is applied to at least a part of the outer surface of the first adhesive 14, and a part of the second adhesive 15 is included in the first adhesive 14.
