摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to carry out the complicated regulation of carrier gas supply pressure to a carrier gas exhaust nozzle accompanying the change of the gas supply pressure to an injector, and also to make it possible to carry out minimum quanta lubrication (MQL) working for a small diameter drill or the like. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first pressure control means 22 installed within a gas supply passage 5 for supplying the gas from a gas supply source 20 to the injector 11 and a second pressure control means 28 installed within a carrier gas supply passage 6 for supplying the carrier gas from the gas supply source 20 to the carrier gas exhaust nozzle 8, and for controlling the pressure of a secondary side to pressure obtained by having decompressed the pressure of the secondary side of the first pressure control means 22 at the constant ratio, in a mist generation device provided with the injector 11 which can be used to generate mist by receiving the supply of gas from the gas supply source 20 and liquid within a container 1 and to inject into the container 1, a conduit 9 for deriving the mist within the container 1 from the container 1, and the carrier gas exhaust nozzle 8 which is made to carry out communication to the conduit 9.
